Talents represent special training and abilities that set your character apart. Each talent has three degrees: Novice, Journeyman, and Master.

Proficiency with longbows, shortbows, and crossbows

Benefit:

You can use bows and crossbows without penalty

Brawling

Requirement: None

Expertise in unarmed combat and improvised weapons

Benefit:

You can use unarmed strikes and improvised weapons effectively in combat

Heavy Blades

Requirement: None

Training with longswords, bastard swords, and two-handed swords

Benefit:

You can wield heavy bladed weapons effectively

Light Blades

Requirement: None

Skill with daggers, shortswords, and rapiers

Benefit:

You can use light bladed weapons without penalty

Spears

Requirement: None

Skill with spears, polearms, and lances

Benefit:

You can use spears and polearms effectively

Staves

Requirement: None

Proficiency with quarterstaffs and magical staves

Benefit:

You can wield staves without penalty
